Why would a consumer choose iOS?


  As a student myself I choose iOS because of the simplicity of the operating system and the quality of life it offers.  In this post I will cover some points that helped me choose iOS.


1.Quality of life
2.Security
3.Design

Quality of life

  Most of the people in my family use iPhone devices that run different versions of iOS.  Both of my parents use mac books, all of my nephews have iPhones from the iPhone 4 to iPhone 6 and my brother uses an iPhone.  Every member of the family is a different age ranging from 7 to 60 years old.  Years ago my parents would ask myself or my brother to give them help with using their phone or older laptops.  Since they have started using mac books and iPhones because of the simplicity of the operating systems they can easily navigate the interfaces.

  My nephews are able to use all of the various apps for social media to contact their friends or parents when needed.  Some national schools offer iPads for the younger students to play interactive games to help them learn.

Security


 iPhones offer many different options for security for their users.  From the finger print touch pad on iPhones and iPads to the security code functions of all apple devices.  If a customer looses their iPhone a user can use the find my phone feature to locate the device.


Design

 The user interface is very simple to use and has a minimalist design.  The interface is very easy to use and can be customized to suit each users needs.  Every app icon can be changed to have a consistent theme.
